The Role

As a Consultant within Honeycomb, you will be joining a high performing team that strive for excellence in everything we do. You will be working within an established team, supporting on a range of bespoke recruitment campaigns for existing clients. As we are on a growth journey, you will also be responsible for business growth / business development activities. This will involve sales, networking and market mapping activities to identify new business opportunities within your sector.

As our clients rely on us to find the best talent for their teams, a fundamental part of your role will be sourcing and engaging with talented professionals within your sector and matching them to their ideal role.

The Person

Recruitment is an incredibly fast paced, demanding and unique sector, and while the rewards can be unparalleled you will need grit, determination and drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a Degree (or equivalent level qualification) in any discipline and previous experience in a client/ customer facing role. Previous sales experience would be advantageous.

We would also love to chat to professionals seeking a career change. If you are educated to A Level (or equivalent level qualification) and have a minimum of 2 year's experience in a sector relevant to our business / customer base (Financial Services, Legal, HR, Sales, IT/Tech, FMCG, Supply Chain or Customer Service for example), we would love to hear from you.
