As a Consultant within Honeycomb, you will be joining a high performing team that strive for excellence in everything we do.
Current opening in Public and 3rd Sector Temporary Desk - You will be working within an established temporary division team, supporting on a range of bespoke recruitment campaigns for existing clients & be tasked with the rewarding client engagement and relationship building piece in looking to bring on new accounts.
This sector specialty is experiencing a continued high demand of talent throughout a temporary contract across Northern Ireland. You will be responsible for the following rewarding duties:
- Building continual sector relevant intel around how large public sector organisations operate
- Fulfilling strategic business development activities such as: sales, networking and market mapping activities to identify new business opportunities for the desk.
- Manifesting ongoing client relationships with a range of stakeholders in a given organisation to maximise from recruitment requirements.
- Sourcing and engaging with talented candidates within your sector and matching them to their ideal role.

Recruitment is an incredibly fast paced, demanding and unique sector, and while the rewards can be unparalleled you will need grit, determination and drive to succeed. The ideal candidate will have a Degree (or equivalent level qualification) in any discipline and previous experience in a client/ customer facing role. Previous sales experience would be advantageous.
