Honeycomb is pleased to be working exclusively with our client, a leading construction company, to assist in the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator to join their fabulous team. The business is well established within the construction industry and has experienced considerable growth in recent years. Teamwork is key to success for this organisation, making the role of Helpdesk Administrator a highly important role within the office.

The position of Helpdesk Administrator is essentially the glue that holds the organisation together. You will be responsible for organising engineers to attend site, raising invoices, and providing a high level of service to anyone who contacts the helpdesk team. You will use your best judgement to take initiative when it comes to decision making and will benefit from the role being very varied. This opportunity is a brilliant role for someone with energy, passion, and the drive to succeed.

The right person for the role of Helpdesk Administrator will be someone coming with previous experience within a helpdesk/scheduling role within an industrial environment. You will be positive and enjoys a challenge whilst working in a team. Please note that candidates not coming from a helpdesk background cannot be considered for this role.
