Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading facilities management company to recruit for a Heldesk Administrator. This is a full-time, fixed term (9 month) position which benefits from a hybrid working model. The Helpdesk Aministrator will be responsible for acting as the first point of contact for inbound emails and calls from clients. You will be responsible for diary management, managing job flow for key stakeholders, and general administration duties. No 2 days are the same within this role, therefore if you prefer a varied working day, this is the perfect position for you. The role of Service Administrator involves building strong relationships with stakeholders and internal team members.

The right applicant for this role will have experience working within a fast-paced environment and possess strong customer service skills. Previous experience with help desk/service desk is desirable but not essential, and/or confident IT skills would be advantageous.
