Honeycomb is pleased to be working with our client, a reputable construction company, to assist in the recruitment of a Helpdesk Administrator, to join their growing team. This role will involve maintaining an effective line of communication between customers and internal departments and is ideal for someone who prides themselves on their ability to communicate both efficiently and effectively.

As Helpdesk Administrator, you will work as part of a team, sharing responsibility for liaising with customers, providing exemplary customer service, listening intently to any maintenance issues, and making notes on which work order will be required. In addition, you will manage the work flow of each job via a bespoke CRM system and answer any general queries. In addition, you will use your best judgement to take initiative when it comes to decision making and will benefit from the role being very varied. This role is ideal for someone with strong interpersonal skills, who is keen to learn and develop.

The right person for the role of Helpdesk Administrator will be someone coming with a background of excellent customer service. You will pride yourself on your abilities to prioritise tasks and be highly organised. You will have excellent verbal and written skills and thrive working in a fast-paced environment.

The package for this position offers a salary of £25000, and full details can be discussed upon discussion with Honeycomb.
