Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a well-established M+E and FM business to recruit a Helpdesk Coordinator on a permanent basis. This is an excellent opportunity to which offers variety and development opportunities.
The role of a Helpdesk Coordinator is the centre point of the work place. You will be responsible for organising engineers to attend sites and manage on call rotas. You will provide a high level of customer service to anyone who rings in. The Helpdesk Administrator will have to use your initiative to make decisions and update clients on works status. You will need to be proactive in updating client details and maintenance cases on the database.
The right person for the role of Helpdesk Coordinator will ideally be someone coming from a helpdesk/scheduling role in an industrial setting. You will be someone who is positive and enthusiastic whilst taking on new challenges. The right person for this role should also have excellent IT and communication skills.
The package for is position offers an attractive salary ranging from £22k - £27k based on experience alongside their company benefits and on-site parking. This role is fully in office, Monday - Thursday 8am-5pm and Friday 8am-4:30pm based in Glengormley.
