Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a well-known business within the transport industry, to recruit a temporary HR Administrator. This role is an excellent opportunity to join a reputable company on a temporary basis with the opportunity to stay permanently. Excellent salary, early finish on a Friday, based in Ballymena, full-time hours.
The HR Administrator will work alongside the HR department to provide administrative support during a time of considerable business growth. They will assist with responding to staff queries, supporting the recruitment process and updating the HR information system. The HR administrator will assist with collecting and distributing relevant documentation and monitoring the business's training and development program. They will collate payroll information, update employee records and liaise with multiple internal departments.
The right person for this role will be available for an immediate start and be an experienced administrator. They will have excellent IT skills and be able to work within fast-paced environments. The right person will have excellent attention to detail and be able to work on their own initiative.
The role offers a salary ranging between £22,000-£23,000. The hours of work are 8:15 am- 5:00pm with an early finish on Fridays. The role is based in Ballymena.
