Honeycomb is partnering with one of Ireland's largest indigenous agri-businesses to recruit for a HR Support Administrator for their site in Rathkeale, County Limerick. The role is full-time and permanent and would suit someone with at least one year's HR Admin experience.

The client is one of Ireland's largest indigenous agri-businesses with multiple sites throughout Ireland. The site in Limerick employs 300+ people and hold a number of prestigious awards.

Job Description

To provide ongoing support to the HR manager, including holiday cover as required for both HR and payroll departments. Typical duties will include:

  • General HR administration: creating contracts, letters for employees etc.
  • Managing the recruitment and selection of new employees and management of the on and off boarding process, collation of references, qualifications, and new hire forms for new starters.
  • Completing the HR induction programme for new starters.
  • Assisting new employees with various admin requests.
  • HR file management and maintenance.
  • Completing exit interviews for leavers.
  • Coordinating with the Health & Safety team in relation to new starters and leavers.
  • Working on HR projects and initiatives as required.
  • Maintaining time and attendance records through the T & A System.
  • Weekly maintenance of employee annual leave records

Essential Criteria

  • One plus year's previous HR administration experience.
  • Strong computer skills, including Word and Excel.
  • Excellent oral and written communication skills.
  • Good knowledge of statutory requirements required.
  • Strong interpersonal skills with an enthusiastic and proactive approach.
  • Ability to provide a consistent, high-quality service to employees.
