HR Administrator (Belfast/Hybrid)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an exceptional local organisation, to recruit for a contract HR Administrator/Admin Coordinator on a minimum 6 month basis. The business is Belfast-based and has free on-site parking, alongside a modern working environment. Our client operates in a range of sectors and has a far-reaching presence across the UK market.

The role of HR Administrator is an excellent role for someone who thrives at the heart of an organisation. Your role will encompass all areas of HR support, including drafting offer letters, assisting with recruitment and ensuring the integrity of data entered into the HR system. The business has a large number of employees and recruits for various skill sets, therefore variety can be found daily. You will also work with industry leaders, gaining an opportunity to build your experience.

The right person for this role will be a strong HR Administrator/Administrator with demonstrable experience. This role is for a minimum of 6 months and there is opportunity for extension of this.

The package for this role contains a competitive salary and a hybrid working model, consisting of 2 days at home and 3 in office. The business also offers an early finish on occasional Fridays and a host of other benefits.
