HR Administrator (hybrid)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit a temporary HR Administrator. This position requires a candidate who is available for an immediate start. There is an opportunity for this position to be made permanent. Excellent salary, full-time hours, hybrid working structure, based in Belfast.

The Client is a local, well established FMCG business that is thriving within their sector.

The HR Administrator will be responsible for supporting the HR Operations team. They will keep up-to-date records in the HR database and assist in issuing and approving new start packs and leaver forms. The HR Administrator will assist in preparing payroll data and creating weekly and monthly reports. They will deliver HR communications and be the first point of contact for any HR related queries.

The right person for this role will have HR or senior administration experience. They enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and be able to deliver high levels of service to internal and external stakeholders. The right person will have experience working with a HR information system and Microsoft Word and Excel. They will have high levels of attention to detail, good problem-solving skills and the ability to work independently.

The role offers a competitive salary that can be disclosed upon application. The office is based in Belfast and offers an extremely flexible, hybrid working model. The position is temporary and has the opportunity to be made permanent.
