The Client

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading technology business, to recruit for an HR Administrator on a permanent basis. The business is an innovative success story which enables businesses to communicate remotely with premium telecomms products. The business has saved its clients millions over the years with its cutting edge services and products, and due to continued growth the business is now seeking an HR Administrator to join their award-winning team.

The Role
The role of HR Administrator is a varied position which touches upon all areas of the HR process. You will be involved in recruitment and selection, interviews, updating HR policies/employee details and being involved in disciplinaries. No 2 days are truly the same within this position and you will support the HR Manager who is truly an expert in their field.

Mon-Fri 9-5.30 with flex / 2 days in office / 3 days working from home

The Person
The right person for this role will be an HR Administrator coming with demonstrable experience from within a similar role.

You may have an HR degree and be exploring your first role within human resources. The client is looking for someone personable, dedicated and someone who fits well within the team.
