Honeycomb are delighted to be working in partnership with Danske Bank to hire a HR Reporting Analyst to support the HR department.
Duties will include the following:
- Collect, analyse, and interpret data to generate reports and insights for various stakeholders.
- Develop and maintain reporting dashboards using tools such as Tableau, Power BI, and Excel.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify reporting requirements and ensure data accuracy.
- Create and automate data extraction processes to streamline reporting work flows.
- Conduct ad-hoc data analysis to support business decision-making.
- Present findings and recommendations to management in a clear and concise manner.
Essential Criteria
- Proven experience as a Reporting Analyst or similar role
- Strong analytic skills with the ability to collect, organise, analyse, and disseminate significant amounts of information with attention to detail and accuracy.
- Advanced knowledge of Excel including formulas, pivot tables, and macros
- Knowledge of database design principles and experience working with large data sets
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex information in a clear and concise manner.
Desirable Criteria
- Experience with data visualisation tools such as Tableau, Power BI, or similar
