The Client: Belfast International Airport are currently looking to recruit for an immediate temporary staff member to assist the friendly dept across HR & Payroll functionality. This post will be coming out to market as a permanent campaign which the successful candidate can be eligible to apply for. The Role: This credible role would be fantastic for someone looking to develop throughout a HR career.

• Support the successful operation of HR & Payroll team.
• Process onboarding with AccessNI for staff ahead of induction
• Assist in the coordination of Fire Awareness & Security Training for staff.
• Act as a point of contact for all related queries, answering telephone calls and managing the central HR email inbox.
• Data entry and management of staff HR materials / documents throughout the PAMS software
• Support throughout recruitment campaigns.

The Person: Essential Criterion

• A minimum of 12 months experience working in a systems administration
• Excellent written and verbal communication
• Proficient in MS Office, including Word, Excel, Outlook
• 5 GCSE's including Maths & English (Grade A-C)

Desirable:

• Experience in a HR dept using PAMS software
