Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a rapidly expanding Insolvency Practice based in Lisburn. Due to business growth and internal promotions, they are seeking an experienced, Insolvency Administrator to work alongside their seasoned Practitioners.

The Role

Working alongside the Insolvency Practitioners, you will be specialising in corporate case management. You will be responsible for:

  • Preparing documents from initial advice through to closure of cases in a timely manner.
  • Ensuring all cases are compliant and in line with current legislation.
  • Managing correspondence and queries through telephone and email.
  • Working with agents in relation to asset realisation.
  • Identifying discrepancies and any risk issues, raising to the attention of directors.
  • Building relationships with a range of key stakeholders.
  • Attending client meetings

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this position, you must have experience working within a similar Insolvency position.

The successful candidate will have:

  • Ability to read detailed and complex documents including financial statements.
  • Excellent organisational and time management skills.
  • Excellent attention to detail and accuracy.
  • Able to work to tight deadlines.
  • Able to use their own initiative.
