Insurance Advisor (Ballynahinch)

Honeycomb is excited to partner with one of Northern Irelands most successful, independent Insurance Brokerages in their time of rapid growth, with the recruitment of an Insurance Advisor for their Personal Lines team. This role is based in Ballynahinch.

Your Package

• Salary £23,500-25,000 based on skills and experience

The Company

This company has been at the heart of Northern Irelands insurance needs, for personal, business and agricultural clients for over three decades, where they have grown from strength to strength! With further growth in the company, they are now delighted to be expanding their team specifically within the Personal Lines department in their Ballynahinch office.

What your day would look like

You will be the expert on all things personal lines. Engaging with clients, following up on renewal quotes, and looking to drive cross sales in order to achieve financial targets within your team. Building relationships with your customers will be at the forefront everyday whilst ensuring full compliance is upheld through out. Working within a supportive and dynamic team, you will be nurtured and encouraged to thrive in your role!

Your skills

• 5 GCSE's at grade C minimum (must include Maths and English
• Excellent communication skills both written and verbal
• Passionate about customer service
• Problem solving with a key eye for detail
• Able to negotiate with key stakeholders
• Work well both individually and collaboratively
