As an insurance professional, you will be responsible for providing outstanding customer service, processing insurance claims, managing policy renewals and ensuring that our clients receive the best possible insurance products and services.

What would a typical day look like for you?
- Responding to customer inquiries and providing advice on insurance products
- Processing insurance claims and managing policy renewals
- Liaising with underwriters to secure the best insurance deals for clients
- Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and regulatory changes
- Collaborating with team members to deliver excellent customer service
Your Skills:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
- Good attention to detail and organisational skills
- Desire to learn and develop your skills in the insurance industry
- A positive and proactive attitude to work
- Experience in a customer service environment is highly desirable
- At least 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths
