Insurance Sales Advisor (Banbridge)

Honeycomb is delighted to be recruiting for a Personal Lines Sales Executive to join an independent Insurance Brokerage, who are growing from strength to strength! A really great role, for an experienced insurance advisor to become a part of a successful team. While working to achieve success, this business prides itself on its friendly and relaxed culture. This role is based in Banbridge.

What will your day to day look like?

You will be apart of a small team of established Personal Lines Advisors, and will be responsible for liaising with clients via telephone, email and those who may be calling in to the branch face to face. You will specifically be responsible for Personal Lines, including motor, travel, home ect. There will be an opportunity to up-skill and develop Commercial knowledge too.

This is a great role where you are given autonomy from the get go, and trusted to manage your own workload. However there is a collaborative and friendly culture between the team- a place where everyone enjoys their work!

Your Package

• Salary-£23,500-26,000 (based on experience)
• Monthly Bonus'- opportunity to earn £3k per annum!

Your Skills

To be considered for this role, you must have experience working within an Insurance sales position.

• You will be a strong communicator who enjoys working with a team but able to use own initiate.
• Customer service is extremely important, as you look to provide a great experience and drive sales!
• Able to communicate effectively with brilliant telephone manner.
• Strong negotiation skills
