Honeycomb is continuing to grow, and we are delighted to be recruiting for an Internal Recruitment Manager/ Key Account Delivery Manager to oversee the recruitment and strategic development for our client, a leading financial services organisation. This is a really exciting role within the Honeycomb business offering excellent basic + bonus + commission + Hybrid working + benefits.

The Role

As Internal Recruitment Manager / Key Account Manager, you will be supporting one of Northern Ireland's leading Financial Services clients, acting as a strategic partner, providing innovate recruitment solutions to deliver against a range of roles within the organisation.

Main Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Overall responsibility for the success of the account, you will act as the lead and key interface between the customer and all relevant divisions in Honeycomb
  • Build long term client relationships and become a "trusted" advisor for all service related matters associated with the account
  • Proactively build a network of potential candidates to fulfill future requirements, working with the Marketing team on attraction strategies across online and offline channels
  • Proactively providing monthly analysis on recruitment statistics as per SLA and delivering on service KPIs as well as updates on candidate behaviors and market trends to shape and steer service delivery.
  • Driving performance of delivery as well as any 3rd party suppliers, through on-going MI, supplier reviews and PSL/ MV management
  • Focus and motivate internal resources across Honeycomb and to deliver the highest possible level of service to our customers
  • Prepare quarterly agendas and performance packs for customer service reviews as per the agreed SLA schedule
  • Produce and maintain Service Improvement Plans specifically tailored to the customer's needs
  • Ensure that customer incidents/ problems and requests are dealt with according to agreed Service Levels logged on Account Plan

The Person

  • To be successful in the role, you will have previous recruitment experience gained within an Recruitment Agency, Internal Recruitment or HR function.
  • Excellent MS Office experience, with Intermediate to Advanced level Excel skills
  • Strong stakeholder engagement experience.
