Honeycomb is delighted to be assisting a leading law firm based in Belfast City Centre, with the recruitment of a Legal Administrator. This role is full-time, permanent, and based in Belfast City Centre.
Our client is an established law firm providing legal services including Employment Law, Wills & Probate, Residential Conveyancing, Medical Negligence, Family Law, and Litigation.
The Legal Administrator will work alongside Solicitors with a range of administrative work, within the Litigation field to support the day-to-day running of the office.
Typical responsibilities will include:
- General administration duties, such as filing, organising, printing, and scanning.
- Booking appointments, arranging schedules, and providing reminders.
- Maintaining diary management on a daily basis.
- Maintaining the appearance of the office at all times.
- Preparing, filing, and updating legal documents.
- Liaising with clients through face-to-face, email, and telephone communication.
- Drafting court documents.
- Conducting Legal research.
Proven experience working in an Administration role.
Proficient in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Experience working as part of a team.
Excellent communication skills.
£20 - 25k, Depending on skills and experience.
20 days holiday plus statutory days.
