Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well established Legal firm in Galway to recruit for a Legal Executive to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity for someone with Legal Secretary/Executive experience to work within a busy firm in Galway.
The Client
Our client is one of the largest law firms in Galway City and have been in operation for over 100 years. They are currently looking for a Legal Executive to join their growing team. This role will be mainly working within the Property & Probate divisions.This is a great opportunity for a Legal Executive/Secretary who is looking to gain new skills and expand their knowledge.
The Role
Typical duties will include:
- Document management
- Preparing briefs
- Opening & closing files
- Preparing booklets
- AML & compliance
- Dictation
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
- General administration duties - filing, scanning, photocopying etc
Essential Criteria
- Experience working as a Legal Executive or Secretary
- Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail
Package
- Salary dependent on experience
- 23 days AL
