Honeycomb are delighted to partner with one of the top Law firms in Dublin to recruit for a Legal Personal Assistant (PA) for their Banking department. The Role

The role of the PA will involve supporting 2 Senior Partners within the Banking department with a range of high-level duties, and would be best suited to an experienced PA who works into top tier level and thrives in a fast-paced environment. The role is varied and compelling and is a trusted position working into Senior level.

The main duties of the role include:

  • Document & presentation production
  • Managing emails & calendars
  • Accurately managing all filings
  • General administration
  • Producing and amending high quality documentation
  • Travel Management
  • Diary management

Essential criteria

  • 3+ years experience as a PA
  • Document Management and Billing Systems experience
  • Digital Dictation
  • Experience effectively prioritising tasks
  • A team focus and willingness/flexibility to assist others when required
  • Eagerness to learn/develop skills and knowledge to continually improve
