Honeycomb are delighted to be partnering with one of the leading Corporate and Commercial Law firms in Ireland to recruit for a Legal Secretary for their Commercial Litigation & Employment division. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established firm in Dublin with a great culture.

The Client

Our client is a well-known & respected Law firm in the Irish market, with offices in Dublin city centre & and globally. They have a fantastic culture and have a strong emphasis on employee wellbeing, with an onsite gym, committees, and social events. They are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Litigation & Employment division. This is a rare opportunity for a Legal Secretary coming from a Litigation background.

The Role

Typical duties will include:

  • Diary & Meeting management
  • Preparing briefs
  • Dictation
  • Formatting documents
  • Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
  • General administration duties - filing, scanning, photocopying etc

Essential Criteria

  • 3 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary within Litigation
  • Experience with Case Management and Billing systems
  • Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail

Package

  • Salary is dependent on skills and experience
  • €1000 allowance towards private medical insurance
  • 5% match pension contribution
