Honeycomb is delighted to partner with one of Dublin's Top 20 Law Firms to recruit for a Legal Secretary for their busy Litigation department. The role is a Fixed Term Contract for 11 months to cover a period of maternity. This role would suit an experienced Legal Secretary looking to get exposure to working in a large and market leading firm.

Our client is one of Ireland's top full service commercial law firms who have been at the fore of the Legal Sector for the last 200 years. They have an impressive client base working with both domestic and international companies. A growing firm with a headcount of of 180, they offer development and progression opportunities.

The Role

Our client is looking to recruit for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Litigation Insolvency team. This is a great opportunity to work in a progressive professional organisation. The ideal candidate will have at least 3 years' solid experience with strong organisational and interpersonal skills as well as a disciplined ability to complete work, prioritise own tasks and manage time effectively. The candidate will have a positive, helpful, and cheerful attitude.The role will involve a broad range of duties including but not limited to:
Key Responsibilities:

  • Dicta-typing and secretarial duties for two Partners and one associate
  • Diary management
  • Other ad-hoc work as required within the Litigation Department

Essential Criteria

  • Prior experience in a busy litigation practice essential
  • Strong MS office computer skills
  • Case Management experience (Partner for Windows)
  • Experience using Bundledocs
  • Excellent typing skills required at least 65+ wpm or more
  • Excellent administration skills and an ability to prioritise work essential
