Honeycomb is partnering with one of Ireland's leading Corporate and Commercial Law firms to recruit for a Legal Secretary for their Property division. The role is full time and permanent and comes with a market leading salary and benefits package.
The Client
Our client is one of Ireland's leading Law firms, based in Dublin city centre. They are known on the market for having a fantastic culture and are heavily invested in staff wellbeing, with an onsite gym and exercise classes. They are currently recruiting for a Legal Secretary to join their high performing property division.
The Role
The property division consists of 12 staff, 3 at partner level and 3 at Senior Associate level. The role of Legal Secretary will be to support the Partners and Senior Associates with a range of secretarial and administrative support. Typical duties will include:
- Diary & Meeting management
- Dictation
- Formatting documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
- Registry of Deeds
- Requisitions on Title
- Scheduling title document
- Preparing Contract for Sale
- General administration duties - filing, scanning, photocopying etc.
Essential Criteria
- 3 years experience working as a Legal Secretary within commercial or residential property
- Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail
