Honeycomb are delighted to be partnering with one of Ireland's most respected commercial legal practices to recruit for a Legal Secretary to support the Partners in their Commercial Litigation & Conveyancing divisions. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well-established firm in Dublin city centre.
The Client
Our client is a respected commercial Law firm in Dublin city centre specialising in Commercial and regulatory law, commercial litigation, employment law, and healthcare law. They are currently looking for an experienced Legal Secretary to join their Commercial Litigation & Conveyancing divisions. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary coming from a Litigation/Property background.
The Role
Typical duties will include:
- Dictation
- Diary management
- Preparing briefs & booklets
- Formatting documents
- Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
- General administration duties - filing, scanning, photocopying etc
Essential Criteria
- 2 years' experience working as a Legal Secretary
- Experience in Conveyancing and Litigation
- Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills
- High attention to detail
