Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a well established Legal firm in Galway to recruit for a Legal Secretary to join their team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a busy firm in Galway with a great culture.

The Client

Our client is one of the longest established law firms in the West of Ireland. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their growing team. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary who is looking to gain new skills and expand their knowledge.

The Role

Typical duties will include:

• Document management
• Diary & Meeting management
• Preparing briefs
• Dictation
• Liaising with internal and external stakeholders via email and phone
• General administration duties - filing, scanning, photocopying etc

Essential Criteria

• Experience working as a Legal Secretary
• Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills
• High attention to detail

Package

• Salary dependent on experience
• 21 days AL with additional closures
