Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting our client based in Holywood in the recruitment of a Legal Secretary to sit within their family department. This is a fantastic full time, permanent opportunity for someone either coming from a similar role or a strong administrator from an office background looking to progress their career into a Legal Secretary position. They are offering a salary of £23,00 - £30,00 dependant on experience.

Responsibilities:-
- Drafting and assisting in the preparation of legal documents and correspondence.
- Making appointments and maintaining up-to-date appointments calendar and tasks lists.
- Dealing with clients both directly and indirectly.
- Photocopying and preparation of Court bundles and Briefs.
- General office duties.
About you:-
Essential
- Good academic background including, GCSE English and Maths.
- Excellent computer skills, including strong knowledge of Microsoft Word and Outlook.
- Previous secretarial experience.
Desirable
- Experience in a solicitor's office.
- Audio typing experience
