Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with one of the leading Irish corporate Law firms to recruit for a Legal Secretary to join their busy Commercial Property team. This is an exciting opportunity to work within a well established firm in Dublin city centre with a great culture and strong focus on employee wellbeing.

The Client

Our client is an award winning corporate firm based in the heart of Dublin and has decades-long experience in advising their clients. They are currently looking for a Legal Secretary to join their growing Commercial Property team. This is a great opportunity for a Legal Secretary with property experience who is looking to gain new skills and expand their knowledge.

The Role

Typical duties will include:

  • Dictation
  • Formatting legal documents
  • Filing, invoicing and general admin support
  • Prepare and arrange registration of Land Registry or Registry of Deeds documents
  • Preparation of Bibles of Security/Title documents
  • Reception cover occasionally
  • Overflow secretarial work

Essential Criteria

  • Experience working as a Legal Secretary, ideally in Commercial Property
  • Excellent typing & Microsoft Office skills
  • High attention to detail
  • Digital dictation skills


  • Salary from €40,000-€46,000
  • 22 days AL with additional closures
  • Hybrid working
  • 5% pension contribution
  • Social events throughout the year
