Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a long-standing law firm, to recruit a temporary Legal Secretary. Based in Belfast, this role offers an excellent hourly rate and full-time hours.
The Client has a wealth of experience and is looking for a Legal Secretary to join their busy and expanding residential conveyancing department.
The Legal Secretary will be responsible for assisting the conveyancing team by completing a range of administrative duties to ensure the smooth running of the day-to-day operations within the firm. They will be responsible for diary and file management, liaising with clients by telephone and in person, drafting bills, requisitioning property certificates and searches, scheduling deeds and dealing with post and emails.
The right person for this role should have excellent organisation, communication and IT skills. They should have audio typing experience and be confident in property certificate applications and search requisitions. The Legal Secretary will need to be a team player and have experience in residential conveyancing.
The role offers an hourly rate ranging from £11-13 depending on experience. The hours are 9:00 am-5:00 pm, Monday to Friday. The office is in Belfast.
