Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, one of Northern Ireland's most accessible travel businesses, to recruit for a Manager to join the team on a permanent basis. From logistics to customer care, this is a varied and highly involved role which touches upon the full airport operation.
The business has invested heavily in their premises in recent years, ensuring the customer journey is at the forefront of all plans. With new routes being announced and continued growth, the business has no plans of slowing down and 2023 is looking positive for all stakeholders.
The role of Manager is responsible for overseeing the entire operation of the business in terms of direct employees. You will also be responsible for motivating the various teams and ensuring the customer experience is prioritised at all times. You will liaise with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring that SLAs are upheld at all times. Due to the dynamic of the business, no 2 days are the same and it is essential to work within tight time frames. Coordinating of resources and managing the customer journey are the overriding priorities of this position.
The right person for this role will be a consummate customer service professional with demonstrable management experience. This role involves supervising a large team, therefore the ability to delegate and oversee a large operation is essential within this role. Ideally, the successful candidate will come from a logistics/transport customer care background from a management perspective.
The package for this role is a competitive salary of £37,000 per annum and the chance to work within one of the most exciting businesses in the country. Flexibility with hours is required for this role with occasional weekend working, therefore candidates who can't accommodate these hours cannot be considered.
