Honeycomb is delighted to assist our public sector client with an Immediate need for a Marketing and Recruitment Administration Coordinator. Temporary 6month post; hybrid to Newry.
The Client - At a time of a high-volume caseload; this highly renowned large scale public sector organisation currently are looking for a post-holder to support internal department requirements (across HR and Communications Dept). Free parking and attractive benefits.
The Role - Key deliverables surround but not be limited to the following:
- Development of social media campaigns for all recruitment competitions.
- Develop and post content for recruitment competitions.
- Design Social Cards, Social Carousel, animated content for social.
- Liaise with the relevant Recruitment Sites with content, detail of targeting and a go live date:
- Ni Jobs
- NI Jobfinder
- Irish News
- Irish Jobs
- Recruit Ireland
- Indeed
- Assist with monitoring and evaluation of recruitment competitions.
- Assist and coordinate with internal communications ensuring colleagues across the organisation are kept informed.
- Any other duties as required by line manager within the HR team.
The Ideal Person - the following criterion will be considered alongside competency relative examples of experience :
- Minimum 1+ years' experience in a role relative to the key duties
- 5 GCSE's inclusive of Grades A-C in Maths and English
- Strong IT skills in a business environment with comprehensive experience across various platforms (inclusive of social media)
- Ability to work independently and manage own workload and priorities effectively;
- Ability to form effective working relationships;
- Highly effective written and oral communication skills
