Honeycomb is delighted to be working with a dynamic medical practice to recruit for a medical receptionist on a part-time temporary basis. Our client is a reputable health care facility dedicated to providing high-quality medical services to the community.
The Role:
As a Temporary Medical Receptionist, you will play a crucial role in the smooth operation of the practice.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Greeting patients and visitors
- Managing patient appointments and scheduling.
- Answering phone calls, emails and responding to inquiries.
- Processing patient prescriptions and updating records.
- Assisting with adhoc administrative tasks as needed.
The Person:
- The ideal candidate will have the ability to multitask and work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong organisational abilities and attention to detail.
- Proficiency in basic computer applications.
- Previous experience in a receptionist or administrative role preferred.
The package for this role includes an hourly rate of £11.50. working two days a week on a Monday and Friday, 9am-5pm based fully on site.
