Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a thriving local business here in Northern Ireland to recruit for an Office Administrator to join the team. Our client is renowned for their ability to provide innovative and creative project work, experiencing continual demand, making it a great time to join a well-established team.

As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for operating the internal CRM system, ensuring all data is managed effectively, collating financial reports, and working closely alongside internal stakeholders to ensure efficient flow of day-to-day business. In addition, you will assist in any other adhoc administrative tasks, maintaining a high level of organisation and communication. This is a role focused on using internal systems and driving best practice.

The right person for this role will have full confidence in their administrative abilities. You will have experience managing invoices, navigating the Microsoft suite, and possess a keen interest to develop your career long term with the business. Previous administration experience is essential for this role, and experience using Sage is advantageous.

The package for this role offers a salary of £22000-£25000 and full benefits can be discussed upon interview.
