Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, to recruit for an Office Administrator. Our client is a professional consultancy business, renowned for their reputation and ability to provide cost effective solutions. This is a full time, permanent role, that presents a fantastic opportunity to become part of an industry leading business.

The successful Office Administrator, will be responsible for ensuring that the office functions effectively day-to-day, meeting all client needs in a timely fashion, and maintaining a high level of organisation. As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing client documents, monitoring course procedures, and upholding an accurate record of course invoices. In addition, the successful Office Administrator will be responsible for the diary management of senior staff, and occasionally travel to courses to oversee any administrative duties.

The right person for this role will be highly organised and have previous experience working in an administrative role. You will be confident working in a fast-paced environment and possess the ability to communicate effectively. This is the ideal position for someone who is flexible and thrives working in a varied role.

The package for this role is a salary of £23500, per annum, with an option to work a 4-day week pro-rata. Full benefits can be discussed upon discussion with Honeycomb.
