Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a reputable global consultancy business, to recruit for an Office Administrator on a fixed term contract basis, covering a minimum of 12 months. This is a great opportunity for someone who thrives within a varied role to join a Belfast-based business that has grown significantly in recent years and is well known for being a market-leader in their field.

The role of Office Administrator involves all areas of administration, finance support and coordination. You will be responsible for assisting with the production of invoices, supporting the wider project team, and coordinating the office in terms of facilities/amenities. You will act as a point of contact for clients contacting the business and provide an exceptional service. This is the ideal role for someone who thrives in a dynamic environment, with plenty of day-to-day variation.

The right person for this role will be a strong administrator with demonstrable business support experience. The client is seeking someone team-focused who can fit well within the business and grow along the way. Finance administration experience is advantageous for this role.

The package for this role includes an attractive salary of £26000 - £28,000 per annum, depending on experience. This role benefits from a hybrid working model, with working hours 0900-1700, Monday to Friday. Full benefits of this role can be disclosed upon discussion with Honeycomb.
