Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a leading organisation, to join their team as an Office Administrator and support their service department in procuring parts and equipment. You will play a vital role in maintaining supplier relationships, sourcing the best costs for parts, and providing quotations to customers. Your responsibilities will also include coordinating with the Service Coordinator on parts installation, liaising with engineers regarding parts requests, and managing invoices related to orders. This role requires strong organizational skills, proficiency in MS Office, excellent communication abilities, and a knack for negotiation.

Key Duties:
- Maintain positive relationships with suppliers.
- Source the best costs from suppliers.
- Provide quotations to customers.
- Coordinate with the Service Coordinator and Engineers on parts requirements.
- Manage invoices related to orders.
- Perform general office and telephone duties.
- Utilize computer skills, including proficiency in MS Office.
- Demonstrate excellent customer service and communication skills.
- Possess strong organizational abilities and a knack for system organization.
- Work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
- Utilize negotiation skills to secure favorable terms.
