Honeycomb has partnered exclusively with a professional services firm in the recruitment of a full time Office Administrator - £23.000, based in Belfast. This role will also consider 4-day working week applicants.

How will your days look?

This role will play a key part in the smooth running of the office, supporting the team and developing on administrative skills.

Some main responsibilities include:

  • Supporting with administrative tasks across the team
  • Preparing proposals, maintaining information on CRM system
  • Point of contact, greeting clients/visitors, answering queries, transferring to relevant staff/department
  • Monitoring incoming email inbox, forwarding as required, preparing outgoing mail
  • General office admin tasks such as filling, scanning, copying documents and maintaining the office space
  • Maintain electronic and hard copy filing system
  • Updating CRM with deals, quotes, reporting and campaigns
  • Retrieving information, prepare and modifying documents inc reports and emails , completing monthly management reports
  • Update website on training events and blogs
  • Co-ordinate and organise consultant training materials

What do you need to apply?

  • 6 Months - 1 years' experience within a similar role
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Minimum GCSE C or above in Maths & English
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office: Excel, Word, Powerpoint
  • Exceptional organisational skills, keen eye for detail
