Honeycomb is delighted to be working alongside our client, a leading local business here in Northern Ireland to recruit for an Office administrator to join their team. Our client is renowned for their ability to provide innovative and effective business solutions to organisations throughout the UK and ROI.

As Office Administrator, you will be responsible for managing calls with existing clients and suppliers, regarding updates on deliveries, placing/receiving of orders, and dispatch. You will be responsible for ensuring that information received on calls is documented, and where necessary, relayed on to the appropriate stakeholder within the business. In addition, you will hold responsibility for handling general enquiries, creating invoices and ensuring information held on documents is reviewed and correct.

The right person for this role will have full confidence in their administrative abilities and possess strong systems experience, notably with the Microsoft Suite. You will pride yourself on your abilities to communicate effectively both by phone and email. You will have excellent organisational skills and possess a keen eye for detail. This is the ideal role for someone who is seeking a challenge in a role where they can grow and develop long term.

The package for this role offers a salary of £24000-£25000. Full benefits can be discussed upon conversation with Honeycomb.
