Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, an exceptional local business, to recruit for an Office Administrator on a permanent basis, part-time basis. The client has an excellent reputation within their field. Situated in the Ballymena area, the client showcases exciting long-term opportunities for growth.

The role of Office Administrator is an all-encompassing administrative role which is centred around raising invoices, processing orders, payments and scheduling deliveries. You will also support with general administrative tasks such as, answering incoming inquiries and building strong relationships with customers and suppliers. Ideally, you will come with demonstrable SAP/ ERP experience.

The right person for this role will be a competent administrative professional coming with previous experience within order processing. The right person for this role will have demonstrably strong IT skills and be able to pick up on new systems with ease. The ideal candidate will be outgoing and confident, acting as a key member within the team.

The package for this role includes an hourly rate of £12.25 with working hours of Monday- Friday, 10am-2pm based fully on site in Ballymena!
