Honeycomb are delighted to be assisting our client with the recruitment of a Part Time Office Administrator within a well-known business in Newry. The is a fantastic opportunity to join an established client which is a household name in the city. This role will be pivotal in supporting the management team within Financial and Administrative duties to support the smooth day to day operations.
This is a Part Time Role offering hours across Monday, Wednesday, and Friday (09:00 - 14:00) with flexibility.
There may also be a business need to increase working hours for peak trade Oct - December.
The responsibilities include but aren't limited to:
- General office administration including filing, answering telephone call, e mails etc
- Financial administration to include weekly Bank Reconciliation/ Issue invoicing / chase payments
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders
- Maintain up to date details in Xero, and other relevant documents
- Monitor and update centre web site
- Monitor, maintain and order internal stationary supplies to support facilities management
We are seeking a professional with a highly organised approach with a great positive attitude. You will be self-starter bringing 3+ years of administration experience to include financial responsibility. You will be able to demonstrate your strong communication, excellent customer service and problem-solving skills. You will be a great team player but equally work competently on your own to manage the workload within a part time capacity.
You will we be I.T proficient within MS Suite, internal systems and financial packages.
Its highly desirable if you have experience within Xero accounting package.
