The Company

This is an exciting time for the successful Accountancy firm who have grown from strength to strength over recent years and have even expanded with a second office in Belfast! Excellence is at the core of their work, providing a first class experience to their clients. They have a medium sized office, a friendly environment and have big plans for the future.

The Role

You will be based in the Reception of the practice and will be the face and voice that the clients interact with first when dealing with the business. This is a great role that you gives you the opportunity to manage your own workload with independence!

Your day to day responsibilities will include:

  • data entry
  • scanning and filing paperwork
  • responding to queries via email and telephone
  • organising client files ahead of meetings
  • creating presentations for senior management
  • meeting and greeting- being a smiley face for the clients

The Person

The ideal person for this role will have strong experience in Administration and be able to work in a fast paced role. Candidates with experience working in an Accountancy Practice, Legal setting or EA/PA positions are highly desirable.

The must haves:

  • be motivated and want to work hard
  • IT savvy- experience with Microsoft Office
  • Knowledge of accountancy terminology
  • excellent communication skills both written and verbal
  • able to work under time constraints.

Previous experience working within Insolvency is of course, highly desirable, however it is not essential. If you can demonstrate that you have an excellent attention to detail, solid understanding of compliance and are process orientated this also could be the role for you. You must be able to use your own initiative, work to deadlines and be extremely organised.
