Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading medical device business, to recruit for an Office Coordinator/Customer Support professional to join the team on a permanent basis. Based in Belfast, this is an exciting role which offers autonomy, variety and ample chances for future progression. This is a highly successful business with a great team and culture. The role of Office Coordinator/Customer Support is a fabulous position, incorporating all areas of office support. You will liaise with customers, suppliers and internal teams to support medical departments in acquiring the highest quality devices. Your role will involve invoicing, product support and prioritising which customer queries must be answered. You will have the ability to suggest areas of business improvement and be able to streamline processes where required - however everything is in great working order! Allowing you to flourish in the role. You will solve customer problems and also have a direct role within supply chain.

The right person for this role will be a strong Administrator with a great attitude, who is keen to develop within their career. The world is really your oyster with this business - due to the growing market the client operates within, there is ample opportunity, so someone driven would be the perfect fit. Ideally, the successful candidate will come with some level of industry experience however attitude is the most important thing for this role!
