Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading technology company, to recruit for an Office Coordinator on a permanent basis. The role of Office Coordinator is a full administrative support role, encompassing elements of office management and financial support. You will be responsible for client support when required and assisting with billing/invoicing. You will oversee the businesses accounts and provide reports to senior management. The successful Office Coordinator will also look after facilities management and ordering of office stationary/equipment. You will get the opportunity to work across the entirety of the business, gaining exposure to each process as you go. You will also be involved in business improvement tasks.

The right person for this role will be a competent administrator with demonstrable finance administration experience. Specific industry experience is not required, however candidates coming from a technology background may be desirable.
