Honeycomb is delighted to be supporting our client, a leading professional services firm in the recruitment of a dynamic and experienced Office Manager to join their team in Belfast. This is a full time, permanent role offers a top salary and flexible working options.

The successful candidate will play a crucial role in maintaining the efficiency and productivity of their office operations. As the Office Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing day-to-day administrative tasks, managing office resources, and ensuring a positive working environment for the Belfast team.

The Package:-

  • 48-55K depending on experience

The Role:-

  • Overall management and responsibility for the office operations.
  • Manage office supplies, equipment, and maintenance to support a productive work environment.
  • Develop and implement office policies and procedures.
  • Oversee facilities, including office layout, seating arrangements, and workspace utilisation.
  • Coordinate with building management for maintenance and security services.
  • Address and resolve any office-related issues promptly.
  • Provide administrative support to executives and team members as needed.
  • Coordinate meetings, conferences, and events, including scheduling, logistics, and catering.
  • Serve as a point of contact for internal and external stakeholders.
  • Ensure effective communication within the office and disseminate important information to the team.
  • Manage relationships with office service providers and vendors.
  • Negotiate contracts and agreements to ensure cost-effective services.
  • Setting of operational budget and financial spend for the office operations to align with company targets.
  • Identify cost-saving opportunities while maintaining quality standards.

About you:

  • Bachelor's degree in business administration, management, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in office management or a similar role within a professional services firm.
  • Strong organisational and multitasking skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and other relevant software.
