Office Manager (Part-time)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client to recruit an Office Manager on a 9-month Maternity Contract. This is a part-time position with an immediate start. This is an exciting opportunity to join a fast-paced digital marketing agency. Excellent salary, part-time hours (20-24 hours), based in Belfast, hybrid working.

The Client is a leading Digital Marketing Agency based in Belfast. They provide a range of services and are a top-performing agency in their field.

The Office Manager will be responsible for ensuring smooth operation across the 4 offices in the UK. They will provide financial support by raising invoices, resolving invoice enquiries and assisting with credit control. The Office Manager will oversee all office administration and assist in arranging corporate travel for the team. They will order office supplies, deal with external suppliers and be the first point of contact for the office.

The right person for this role will be an experienced Office Manager available for an immediate start. They will have excellent communication skills and experience with invoicing software such as SAGE or Xero. The right person will enjoy working in a fast-paced environment and have excellent attention to detail.

The role offers a salary ranging between £24,000- £27,000 pro rata. The role is hybrid with two days in the office. The business is open between 8:30 am- 5:00 pm Monday- Friday.
