The company:

The company is a leading specialist consulting firm providing governance, risk and compliance solutions to financial services institutions across UK and Ireland. With Head Offices based in Belfast, they have successfully worked with leading clients in the FinTech and Payment Services sector over the past number of years. They are focused on being leading subject matter experts, meaning they have become widely recognised as the premier compliance consulting firm. Working in an extremely supportive team, you will focus on providing outstanding Office Operational Administration across the company!

What would a typical day look like for you?

Initially, your role will consist of:

  • Running a busy consultancy office
  • Managing IT service providers, ensuring delivery within service level agreements
  • Efficient management of systems for the assurance of high-quality client delivery
  • Responsibility for the standardisation of IT equipment
  • Responsibility for management of Information Security, with ownership of ISO 27001
  • Key management of Office supplier relationships
  • Management of the company's all staff diary and organising the logistics of internal meetings and events
  • Management of all travel arrangements
  • Management of Health and Safety and acting as Health and Safety representative in the office

Your skills:

  • High degree of personal drive and motivation to succeed
  • Strong organisation and project management skills
  • A minimum of 5+ years experience in a similar role
  • A high degree of confidentiality and discretion
  • An understanding of the risk management issues relevant to information security with experience in managing our retention of ISO 27001 accreditation.
  • Strong proficiency with MS Office including Sharepoint
  • Proven ability to think proactively and come up with ideas for enhancements of efficiency and delivery
  • Experience in dealing with multiple stakeholders on a professional and sensitive basis to enable our consultants to focus on high-quality client delivery
  • Strong relationship management skills
  • Outstanding levels of professionalism, integrity, interpersonal and time management skills and excellent communication
  • A great team player: managing, supporting a wide range of individuals to enable to be successful.
