Honeycomb is excited to be supporting a top Consultancy firm in the recruitment of an Administrator to join their busy and successful team. This is a part time position up to 16 hours per week. The business specialises in supporting their clients with the implementation of compliance throughout their business functions. Due to exciting business growth they are now expanding their team!

The company:

A growing business who pride themselves on their wealth of knowledge and experience in compliance implementation, allowing their clients to have reduce operational costs, whilst improving productivity. Providing a consultative approach, they are tasked with reviewing documents, procedures and policies to ensure they are meeting all necessary legal requirements.

What would a typical day look like for you?

Working in a fun and vibrant office, no day will be the same! You will be supporting with an exciting new project, managing incoming queries from clients, delegating out, incoming tasks and supporting with customer interactions via telephone and email as well as any other additional administration tasks throughout the office. You will also be utilising the data base, ensuring details are kept up to date and all appropriate material is filed correctly.

Your Skills

To be considered for this position you MUST have experience working in an administrative/office environment.

The following skills are also essential:

  • computer literate, with an excellent understanding of Microsoft Office Suite
  • working with a high level of accuracy especially around data entry
  • strong ability to prioritise workload, and work in an organised manner
  • able to work independently as well as within a team
  • handle objectives in a proactive manner
