Operations Assistant (Design Business)

Honeycomb is delighted to be working with our client, a market-leading Built Environment business, to recruit a temporary Operations Assistant. This role requires a candidate who is available for an immediate start. Based in Greater Belfast, full-time hours, temporary with potential to go permanent, excellent hourly rate.

The Client is a fitout specialist that creates bespoke spaces throughout the UK, Ireland and Europe. They work on a range of projects and are dedicated to using sustainable construction and environmental best practices at all times.

The Operations Assistant will be responsible for a range of tasks including data entry, booking and coordinating travel arrangements, minute taking, supporting document control and general administration. The Operations Assistant will collate manuals, prepare document packs and update spreadsheets to be circulated to the wider team.

The right person for this role will be a competent professional who is suited to a premium, design environment. They will have administration experience and excellent analytical skills. The right person will be immediately available work well within a team environment.

The role offers an hourly rate of £11- £12.50 depending on experience. They will be required to work 8:30- 5:00 Monday- Thursday and 8:30- 4:00 Friday. The office is based in Greater Belfast.
