Honeycomb is excited to partner with a successful Accountancy practice based in South Belfast who provide a first class service to a range of client, in the recruitment for a Payroll Administrator. This is an ideal role for experienced Payroll Administrators, who are seeking either part time or full time work.

The Client

A busy Accountancy practice, located in South Belfast, you will be joining a family run, friendly and supportive work place. Providing a broad range of clients support with accountancy and taxation, in a friendly but professional way, they have an excellent reputation within the sector.

The Role

As a Payroll Administrator you will be responsible for supporting around 60 clients with their payroll services. The duties will include:

  • Processing weekly and monthly payroll accurately and within agreed time frames.
  • Completing all aspects of pension administration.
  • Ensuring the accurate completion of payments.
  • Managing HMRC returns.
  • Processing payslips on behalf of the clients.
  • Completing monthly bank reconciliations
  • Prepare VAT returns.

The Package

Salary- £23-25k (based on skills and experience.

Flexibility with working hours.

Onsite parking.

Friday finish's at 1pm!

Essential Criteria

To be considered for this role you will have experience in a similar payroll setting as well as the following:

  • Knowledge of the Sage 50 payroll platform or a similar package.
  • Proficient in full Microsoft package.
  • Excellent attention to detail
  • Ability to work to deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills.
  • Great team work ethics.

This may also suit a candidate with a degree in a Finance related discipline, seeking to gain at least 2 years working experience.
