Honeycomb is delighted to be partnering with a consultancy to appoint a newly created Personal Assistant/Office Manager, based in Belfast City Centre.

Your Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to carve out your role using your previous Office Management/Personal Assistant experience. This business is innovative, collaborative and focused on delivering the best results for their clients. The team are passionate individuals, who are full of energy and creativity! Your role will be to spearhead all things office management, whilst supporting the Managing Director and Director in a PA capacity.

What would a typical day look like for you?

  • Managing the day-to-day administrative tasks, including scheduling appointments, coordinating meetings, and handling correspondence
  • Overseeing office operations, such as maintaining supplies, managing office equipment in both Belfast and Dublin offices
  • Providing administration support to the company accountant, including the use of Xero
  • Providing support to senior management, including travel arrangements, expense reporting, tender applications, document support
  • Event management (exciting events!)
  • Supporting HR and IT functions within the business and being the go-to for support in these areas

Person Specification:

  • Exceptional organisational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritise tasks effectively
  • Strong attention to detail and accuracy
  • Ability to maintain confidentiality and discretion when handling information
  • Strong problem-solving skills and an ability to be proactive in a fast paced environment
  • Maintain a high degree of professionalism as a key practice representative
  • Enjoy working autonomously, with a positive attitude and a strong work ethic
  • Ability to be flexible and adaptable to changing priorities
  • Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with colleagues and key stakeholders both internal and external
